Ray's not a really super villain. He's just a victim of circumstance who made a few impulsive decisions after his girlfriend dumped him.
Like building a pair super powered gloves that he invented himself.
And using them to blow up the building he worked at.
And then stealing a bunch of money.
And putting on a costume and calling himself The Blaster.
And joining up with arch-villain Colonel Kaboom to make a little extra cash…
…but none of those things really make Ray a "Bad Guy".
Right?
