Dirt Candy: A Cookbook

It was a joy and a privilege to collaborate with chef Amanda Cohen (James Beard award-nominated chef, restauranteur and Iron Chef Canada cast member) on her first cookbook. Teaming up with writer Grady Hendix, we translated Amanda's recipes, anecdotes and personal philosophies into a unique hybrid cookbook and comic book memoir that we're all very proud of. The recipes are super tasty and it's really funny too! Published by Clarkson/Potter in 2012, Dirt Candy: A Cookbook is now in its 8th printing (with no signs of slowing down) and available in bookstores everywhere. Since the publication of the cookbook I've continued to work with Amanda and Dirt Candy, producing illustrations for signage, promotion and catered events.
